Cold can’t stop us!!! (utah wedding photographer)

I had the great pleasure of shooting this sweet soon to be family.  It was another bitter cold day in Utah, but they were such troopers!!!  We did bridals one day followed by engagement/family session a couple of days later.  The bride is stunning and endured the cold so well!! Thank you so much for trusting me to your session.  And Andrea…thank you. 

 

I sound like a broken record!

I know I have said it before, but I adored this couple!! They are so fun and beautiful and the setting could not be more perfect! They are having a winter wedding and boy did we find snow!!! Lots and Lots of snow!! Such a perfect compliment to this bride and groom.  They were such troopers!!! I can’t tell you how many times the bride was up to her knees in snow!! But she never complained! I can’t wait to shoot their wedding Jan. 2nd!!

A new direction.

After much thought I have decided to take my photography business in a new and exciting direction.  Starting Jan. 1st I will no longer be taking family clients.  My focus and attention will shift to Wedding photography and High School senior photography.  I am excited to be able to put my focus on these two areas so that I can give them 110%.  I am so grateful to all the past family clients,and I cherish the friendships that I have with many of them.  But because of added pressure on my time, I feel I can only focus on what I love the most.  With my time pulled in so many different directions, I did not feel that I was giving all my clients the attention that they needed.  If you are in need of a family photographer, I know several that I could refer you to, and each one is amazing.  Again, thank you to all my past clients and watch for new and exciting photos coming soon!!!!!!!!!!!

I could dance all night.

Miss K and I went out to Salt Air for her bridals.  She wanted to incorporate her love for dancing with her session.  We had so much fun, minus the bug bites, and she was absolutely stunning. Miss K is now married to a wonderful man and they have recently moved to Vegas!  She is a dancer in the upcoming Cirque production based on Elvis!! Everyone should go see it, I am sure that with someone as talented as Miss K  in it, it will be amazing.  Thanks K for an amazing evening!!!! You my friend are a star!!!!!!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The amazing Miss K is getting hitched!

Meet my beautiful  new friend, Miss K!!! She is getting hitched soon to handsome Mr. J!  Aren’t they a fun couple.  I had a blast on this shoot and I can’t wait for their wedding day!!! How sad!!!

You know you are a pathetic blogger when you can’t even remember the web address of your blog.  Yes! I am a bad blogger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  But now it is time to play catch up.  Here are some recent sessions I did for my wonderful friends and neighbors.  First up is darling mister C.  He was sooooooo good.  Hardly a peep from him!  And trust me, we tortured him! Miss Gorgeous Amanda!

I had such a great time taking Amanda’s senior pics.  I think we were laughing from the very first moment.  And does this girl know how to turn it on in front of the camera!!?  I of course took way too many pictures and having a heck of a time cutting down the number!!! Boys!!!

I have a soft spot in my heart for families of all boys, but especially this family.  They are my really good friends whom now live in California.  We miss them dearly and so spending time with them is always a treat!! These handsome fellas were a lot of fun and we had lots of laughs!! The boys all look like little models.  I love you guys!!!

I was not able to post these before the wedding because we did not want the groom to see his gorgeous bride before the wedding.  This was such a fun shoot!!! We went to so many different places and Brianna was up for anything! Isn’t she gorgeous!! She made her veli herself and her dress was STUNNING!!! Thanks Brianna!! You are gorgeous!!!
